Terms of Use

Preamble
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the Mukeï platform, accessible at mukei.app, published by MUKEI, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €4,700, registered with the Antibes Trade Registry under number 894 147 644, with its registered office at 11 Chemin du Collet du Malvan, 06800 Cagnes-sur-Mer, France.
1. Purpose
The Mukeï platform is a SaaS tool for intangible asset valuation (companies, software, trademarks and patents) intended for professionals. It offers recognized calculation methods (DCF, comparables, cost approach, royalty relief, COCOMO, etc.) and generates documented, traceable valuation reports.
2. Access and registration
Access to the platform requires creating a user account. Users commit to providing accurate and up-to-date information. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. MUKEI reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of breach of these Terms.
3. User categories
The platform distinguishes several user categories: • Entrepreneurs: users valuing their own assets • Professionals: chartered accountants, patent attorneys, lawyers using the platform for client engagements • Administrators: platform managers
4. Description of services
Mukeï offers the following services: • Creation and management of intangible assets (companies, software, trademarks, patents) • Valuation via 13+ recognized calculation methods • Generation of detailed, traceable PDF reports • Collaborative workspace for professional engagements • Extra-financial score (ESG) • INPI search (trademarks and patents)
5. Intellectual property
The Mukeï platform, its source code, calculation algorithms, interfaces and all content are the exclusive property of MUKEI. Valuation results generated by the user belong to the user. The user grants MUKEI a right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement purposes.
6. Personal data
MUKEI collects and processes personal data in compliance with GDPR. Data is hosted in Europe (Contabo GmbH, Germany). Users have the right to access, rectify, delete their data. Contact: contact@mukei.fr.
7. Liability
Valuations produced by Mukeï are estimates based on user-entered data and implemented calculation methods. They do not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. MUKEI cannot be held liable for decisions made based on these valuations. Users are solely responsible for the quality and accuracy of the data they enter.
8. Availability
MUKEI commits to using all reasonable means to ensure platform availability. However, MUKEI does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates.
9. Pricing
Access to the platform is currently free. MUKEI reserves the right to offer paid plans in the future. Users will be notified of any pricing changes with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
Users may delete their account at any time. MUKEI may terminate a user's access in case of violation of these Terms, after notice. Completed valuations may be retained in anonymised form for statistical purposes and to improve reference data.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Grasse shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
